Cancellation Terms

These cancellation terms apply in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

One-time Purchase

• Cancellation is possible at any time, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

• Cancellations can be made by emailing us at: info@you-labs.com

• Any payments already made will be refunded to the original method of payment within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

• In this case, the statutory right of withdrawal applies (14 days from receipt of the goods).
