Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return Costs: You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Depreciation: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for:

The delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB).
The delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

Note regarding Pre-Orders:

For pre-orders, the cancellation period begins on the day you receive the goods.
