Why the trust of pharmacies and therapists is so crucial for us

On February 16th, I was in a pharmacy with our product for the first time. Right in the middle of everyday business, among real people with real questions.

Thanks to Esther Tscherniak's invitation to Meine Apotheke, I had the opportunity to present our Premium Saffron Drops directly. To watch people test them, and to experience their reactions in real-time. A mix of joy, fear, and curiosity all at once.

The joy of finally showing something that had been created in secret for a long time. The fear that people might not immediately understand our idea. The curiosity about what I would take away at the end of the day.

What particularly moved me

Because I didn't have to explain the relevance at all. People intuitively understood what it was about. Mental well-being, stress regulation, emotional stability. Because these challenges are unfortunately omnipresent for most people. And then they wanted to know more. Not just about the product, but about me. About the story behind YouLabs.

That surprised me and at the same time reminded me of something important: People don't just buy products. They buy trust. And trust is created through personal stories. Because they convey what truly matters. What inspires and moves us. Our why and our values.

The endorsement of the professional community

In addition to customers, pharmacists and representatives of other brands like Norsan, NatuGena, and Orthomol were also interested in our drops that day. People who are deeply embedded in the world of food supplements and active ingredients daily. This resonance from the professional community means a great deal to me personally at this early stage. Because it arises from genuine substantive conviction.

Pharmacies and therapists play a role in this market that I can hardly overstate. In a world where food supplements are available in abundance, people need trustworthy voices to classify, explain, and guide. Not every product is equal in quality, effectiveness, or formulation. That's precisely why these partnerships are a central part of our mission: to bring our product that works to where real trust already exists.

Why I'm sharing this

I heard the phrase several times that day: "You're absolutely glowing. You can see how happy you are." And yes, they were right. Because I can stand behind this product with my personal story and everything I am. And that's simply a great feeling.

In these encounters with real people, I am reminded of why I founded YouLabs. And what sustains me – as a founder and as a person.
